Training and Placement department is an integral part of ITMVU which plays a vital role for building strong Industry - Academia relationship. It Trains ,Develops, grooms and makes student ready for final Placement. It invites various industries and reputed firms for campus recruitment. It coordinates quite well with the corporate sector and provides well-developed infrastructure to facilitate the campus selection Programmes.
Our experience by such a design has been a win - win situation for all, as the students are ready to step into the corporate sector with their practical experience in application with the concepts learnt in the college. It will be a Step-up path for the students in the prestigious companies on one hand and on the other hand industries get satisfaction of training young engineers for our country's bright future.
The Training and Placement department of ITMVU provides guidance and all the assistance to the students in order to achieve their career goals. Requisite emphasis is given for soft skills development complementing the regular academic programs. Aptitude tests, Group Discussions, Job oriented courses and special training programs are regularly conducted.
At present, the competition for employment is increasing every day and placement has become a challenging task. Training of students and equipping them with life skills has become an important responsibility of the institution. Along with technical expertise, development of a holistic personality is also necessary. To meet out these requirements, the Training & Placement department emphasizes extensively on the training aspect of the students right from the first year itself. In the Pre final & final year the training majorly focuses on preparing the students for clearing the campus placement process which usually comprises of Online/written test (aptitude & technical), Group discussion and Technical as well as HR interview.

Organize Various Training Programmes to train the students in the areas of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal reasoning through the reputed external training organizations and in-house trainers.
Train the students through Mock Interviews to perform well in the professional interviews as per the expectations of the corporate world.
Train the students on group discussion techniques
Conduct online tests and written aptitude tests.
